1. If the person might be confirmed except for the reserved persons after check-in, they would be forced to check out without any refund.

2. Check-out : 11 AM
☞ Please tell us if you want the bedding to be arranged, in case of the guest who will stay for several days in a row. if you leave for a moment, we will arrange it to be straightened out for you.

3. Please make sure that when you check out, you may return a room card key, given to you when checking in, and when we are absent at the time, please put it into the red box on the Reception Desk.
☞  if you lost the card key. you will have to pay 20,000 won for it.

4. The usable time for the public space is untill 23:30PM.
☞ 23:30 Lights out (public spaces, stairs, corridors)

5. Laundry service is not available (If you want to do laundry, you must use an external laundromat)

6. In the inside of Guesthouse building, the entire is non-smoking spaces. 
☞If you smoke in the room, the fire alarm rings.
☞If you want to smoke, there is an ashtray on the outdoor terrace on the first floor.

7. Cooking using fire or electricity is not allowed in the room.

8. If the disturbance is caused by your excessive drinking, or you cause the damage or inconvenience to others by your loud singing, you may be forced to leave the room. 
☞ When contaminating the beddings with food or vomiting in the room by the excessive drinking, you will have to pay 30,000 won for laundry. 

9. If you lost your valuables, you will be responsible for it, and we, the guesthouse, will not assume the responsibilities. 

10. CCTV works for 24 hours. ( It is for the facility safety on external and internal building, fire prevention, and security)

☞ Please note that you should compensate for the damage and theft of equipment in the Guesthouse.

11. The entire rooms are equipped with bathrooms. (Except for the toothbrush only, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, body wash, body sponge, and toothpaste are prepared)
☞ A towel will be supplied on the basis of one sheet per person. (When one towel is not sufficient, if you require to the staff, you could get one more.)
